In response to the global digital transformation wave, Dr. Brian Shen, Chairman of ASOCIO, launched the Digital Asia Initiative to drive digital innovation across the region.
As part of this effort, CISA and PIKOM are co-hosting the online event “Smart Solutions for Superior Customer Service: Taiwan-Malaysia Collaboration.” The event will explore future trends in customer service and collaboration opportunities between Taiwan and Malaysia.
