Always out of Time?

As leaders, we usually have a very busy agenda and sometimes we have no clue how to make time for everything. For this reason, we prioritize the importance of ‘things to do’ and then we sometimes forget little things, which can lead to bigger problems later. When this happens our agenda is under more pressure, because seemingly ‘unimportant things’ will demand immediate attention.
When this all happens we have more things that will influence our behavior and this can have a major impact on us. We could become stressed, emotional, and chaotic and this can even lead to burnout if we do not do anything about it.

In this interactive session, Damy Heezen will explain simple methods which he developed based on 20 years of management experience on how to arrange your time more efficiently, discuss interactively the situations you want to share, and answer questions from you about time management as a leader.
